The Company started as a single proprietorship in 1972 under the name "Integrated Contractor & Plumbing Service" with office at 408-10th Avenue, Grace Park, Caloocan City and managed by its owner/founder Mr. Francisco A. Bellosillo. It started doing small scale plumbing services for residential houses until it gained bigger volume of sanitary/plumbing and fire protection works not only for residential but also for commercial and industrial buildings. After seven years in the trade, the owner decided to change the status of the company from single proprietorship to corporation in February 1979 with the name "Integrated Contractor & Plumbing Works, Inc." to cater to the growing demand for the company's expertise. The corporation is composed and run by the members of the family of Mr. Francisco A. Bellosillo and is being managed by its Vice-President & General Manager, Mr Magiting V. Bellosillo.
